The correct name is probably the one recorded in 'Other Names'

Note from informant: 'Mrs. Atwick Pinnix Hipkin was married in 1909 to the said Atwick Pinnix Hipkin. She was originally Aletta Joanna Cronje known as Lottie; Atwick Pinnix and his wife Aletta Johanna are buried in Boksburg.'

The entry in the camp register is a bit puzzling, since it is clear that the two were not married. What is not clear is what their relationship was, and why they should have been sharing a tent.
