| An Act for enabling the Municipality of Aliwal (Mossel Bay) to borrow a Sum not exceeding L5,000 sterling, for the purpose of providing a supply of Pure Water for the use of the Inhabitants of the town of Aliwal and of the Shipping frequenting the Port of Mossel Bay, and for the better Draininage of the said Town.
