| An Act to Enable the Commissioners of the Municipality of Graaff-Reinet to Borrow a Sum of Money not exceeding Twelve Thousand Pounds Sterling, for the purpose of providing the Inhabitants of the Town of Graaff-Reinet with a better and purer supply of Drink Water, and also of extending and improving the Waterworks within the Municipality.
