| Act to Indemnify the Governor of this Colony, and the Officer Commanding Her MAjesty's Forces in this Colony, and all persons acting under thier authority and in good faith in regard to acts during the existence of Martial Law; to provide for the retail of punishment of those persons who have taken up arms aganist Her Majesty the Queen or otherwise assited Her Enemies; and to make certain provisions in regard to compensation to persons who have sustained direct loss and damage through military operations or through the acts of the Enemy or of Rebels ; Indemity and Special Tribunals Act
