| Act for Enabling the Municipality of Green Point and Sea Point to borrow a further sum of Money not exceeding 30, 000 pounds on Debentures or otherwise, on the credit of the Rates of the Municipality: and to appropriate the Money as follows: 23, 000 pounds fpr Drainage Scheme, 3, 000 pounds for the purchase or building of a Town Hall and Grounds, 4, 000 pounds for the opening up and construction of Roads, Side-walks, Surface Drains and General Improvements ; Municipality of Green Point and Sea Point Loan Act
