| An Act to Make provision to release a further portion of the Estate Orangezigt from the entail of fidei commissum and to invest the Town Council of the Citty of Cape Town with the Right to the Water Springs on the said Estate, and of collecting Water on the said Estate and leading out the same for the use of the City of Cape Town, and to confirm the provisions of a certain Rule and Order of the Honourable the Supreme Court, made on the 8th day of December, 1881, relative to the Compensation to be paid for the same.
