Scope:CVET has more than a twenty year history of involvement in programmes to bring about the democratisation of media access and use and to exploit video technology as a catalyst in social development. It as formed in 1976 as an association of NGOs and individuals with particular interest in media development. The black Sash items relate to "struggle theatre" and are some community education.
