Scope:The Alan Paton Centre holds a collection of photographs related to Alan Paton's life and career, his family and friends, as well as his participation in Liberal Party activities. In addition, there are also photographs related to other collections in the APC, which cover a wide range of topics such as the Black Sash, forced removals in KwaZulu-Natal, politics, and so on.
The Black Sash photographs are taken from the Morkill Collection and the Kleinenberg Collection as per policy of repository to remove all photographs from archival collections and place in photograph collection.
