Mrs V has 7 children of her own & is in bad health; MO feels the 13 children are being neglected as it is impossible for Mrs V to look after them. Two of late Mrs Vermaak's children have already died; now 1 of Mrs Vermaak's own children is dying. Mrs V has various relatives at Vredefort Road & she wishes to go there. MO feels this is a case for earnest consideration as all the children will sicken & die if they do not get proper supervision.
