22/3/1901: CSRC to Richards, Bethulie: Compeeled to alter original arrangements; now to send him to East London to confer with Mansergh as to the future conduct of the Uitenhage camp; after you have seen how the camp at East London is worked, he will proceed with you to Uitenhage and assist you to start the camp.
