Notes:15/5/1902: Assist Director of Education to Secy ORC Admin: Re appointment from England. Mrs gunn is the wife of the inspector who has been lately appointed. She is a trained certificated teacher who has been very successful in her work. It would be greatly to our advantage if we could appoint her to the teaching staff in Norvals Pont RC. There are a number of young ladies there who are doing excellent work and are good teachers, but whom it would be desirable to put under the care of a married lady.
