Has been an official of this department for 14 months, working in the RCs as SMO in OR and Norvals Pont; for last 6 months as an Inspecting MO of Camps. During the last two months of this period I have engaged him in working at the Laboratory here investigating the types of some of the fevers which are prevalent in the camps. He is very competent, energetic and painstaking and has given every satisfaction in the performance of his duties. Is sorry to lose his services.
