22/7/1901: CSRC to Secretary for Permits: Widow Rabie will not proceed without the daughters. So she had better stop where she is.
22/7/1901: Reply to CSRC: 'Noted & returned. Your birdcage is an excellent institution. I wish all refugees who want permits could be placed there.'
