Notes:11/11/1901: Telegram, SRC Heilbron to CSRC: Is laid up; wants extra nurses

24/11/1901: Ada Warman, RC Heilbron to Mr Moses: Expects he sends many nurses to the different camps; reminds him that he left CT for Heilbron on 4 October, and opened the RC hospital a week after her arrival and have been there until a week ago when 2 more nurses arrived. Had over 50 patients and only Dutch assistants. Now hears a matron is coming. Thinks sometimes the nurse 'who does the hard work might be considered if I was not a trained nurse I should not complain but I have been nursing 8 years and considered it hard lines after having charge to have to work under another.' If possible, would like to go to Pretoria if she can be transferred. Has no objection to working as a nurse in another camp for the remaining 4 months, but not in the same.
23/11/1901: Trollope to SRC Heilbron: Expects she will settle down in time with the new ones. She will not be allowed to to to the Transvaal.
26/11/1901: Telegram, SRC Heilbron to CSRC: Would be sorry to lose her.
